Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu

Last night I made chicken cordon bleu in the crock pot for dinner.

To begin I mixed cream of chicken soup with a cup of milk.

I then poured some into the crock pot (enough to cover the bottom)

I then put in my boneless skinless chicken breasts

Next, I put a layer of ham over top of the chicken.

I then added sliced provolone cheese on top of the ham, because my husband doesn't like Swiss.

I then added the rest of the cream of chicken soup and milk mixture to the top.
Finally, I added some bagged stuffing mix and drizzled melted butter over the top.
It then cooked on low for 4 1/2 hours.

This is what it looked like (after my husband ate some)

Here is my completed plate:

So, overall the tally for this dish is:

Crock pot Chicken Cordon Bleu-  A DEFINITE MISS!!!

It was absolutely disgusting!!!  The chicken was dry and the stuffing on the top tasted burnt.  Neither my husband or I liked it.
