Baked Fish

Last night I started (again) the couch to 10K program.  I had previously done the couch to 5K program and then dropped out after week 3.  This time around my husband said that he would run it with me when he comes home from work.

My husband helped me prepare this after we finished day 1 of the Couch to 10K program.

Last night's menu:

Crumb Baked Fish
Parmesan Pasta
Mixed Fruit

We began by spraying a glass baking dish with cooking spray.  We then smashed up about 20 Ritz crackers and placed them on a plate.  We also put some heavy cream and salt and pepper into a bowl.

We then took our fish and wet them in the cream and then dipped them into the crackers.  We then placed them in the baking dish.

We then baked the fish in a 400* oven for 16 minutes.

While the fish was cooking I prepared the pasta.  I put milk, water and butter in a saucepan and brought it to a boil.  I then put the pasta mix into the pan and let it boil gently for 8 minutes, stirring it occasionally.

Here is my completed plate:

So, overall I would say that the tally is:

Crumb baked fish- A definite hit!!
Parmesan pasta- A definite hit!!
Mixed fruit- A definite hit!!
