Grilling Out

Saturday and Sunday nights my husband grilled outside.

On Saturday he made me a cheeseburger and himself brats and hot dogs.

On Sunday he made himself cheeseburgers and he grilled my chicken breast that I had marinated in Italian dressing.

To go with our grilled meats my husband made Oriental Slaw and I made potato salad.

To make my potato salad I began with about 2 pounds of red skinned potatoes and 11 eggs (my husband likes eggy potato salad).  We boiled the eggs and potatoes together for around 15 minutes.

I then cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces.

I then peeled and chopped the eggs in small pieces.

I then added the eggs to the potatoes.

I also added some bacon bits.

I then made my dressing by combining miracle whip lite, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and milk.

I then mixed everything together.

My completed plate from Sunday:

So, how was it?

Cheeseburgers- Mine was kinda dry on Saturday, but otherwise very yummy!!
Hot dogs & Brats- I don't eat them, but hubby loved them!!
Italian marinated Chicken- DELICIOUS!!!
Oriental Slaw- I usually love it, but my husband decided to experiment and add mandarin oranges.  He really liked it, I did not.
Potato Salad- DELICIOUS!!
Sun-dried Tomato Hummus- My husband liked it, I thought it was nasty!!
