Quiche

I'm sorry that I have been missing for a few days, but I am back on track!!

Thursday's dinner menu:

Quiche & Bacon

I began by cutting up 2 ham steaks into bite size pieces. 




I then  took a frozen pie crust out of it's pan and put the crust into a glass pie dish.



I then added most of the ham into the bottom of the pie crust.


I then put the cheese and corn starch into a large bowl.  I then put the eggs and milk into another bowl and then combined them together.


I then poured the egg and cheese mixture over the top of the ham.  I then put the rest of the ham on top.


I then put the quiche into the oven and baked it at 350* for around 40 minutes.

So, overall I would say that the tally is:

Quiche- very yummy!!!
Bacon- My husband liked the bacon, but I didn't eat any
