Baked Tilapia

Last night's dinner menu:

Baked Tilapia
Chicken Vermicelli Pasta
Hush Puppies
Crab Cakes
Peaches

I began by cooking the chicken pasta.  It came out of a box so I simply followed the directions.

Combine butter and water & bring to boil

Add pasta and seasoning mixture & simmer for 25 minutes
Finished Pasta

I then began working on the fish.  I combined bread crumbs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese into a pie dish and milk and salt in another pie dish.

I then dipped the fish into the milk and then into the crumb mixture and placed them in an ungreased glass baking dish and baked them for around 15 minutes.

My husband was in charge of the hush puppies and the crab cakes.

We served the fish and pasta with peaches.

This is my husband's completed "seconds" plate: (I forgot to take a picture of mine)

So, I would say that the overall tally is:
Baked Tilapia- A definite hit!!
Chicken Vermicelli Pasta- It was okay
Hush Puppies- They were alright
Crab Cakes- My husband loved them, I don't like them
Peaches- A definite hit!!
