BBQ Chicken

Last night I made BBQ chicken, steamed carrots and cheesy broccoli rice for dinner.
 It was pretty simple. 
I used frozen, bone-in chicken breasts.  I placed then on a sprayed cookie sheet and baked them for 45 minutes at 350*.

I then brushed them on both sides with BBQ sauce,

 and cooked them 10 minutes longer.

I then began working on the Cheesy, Broccoli Rice dish.

This was very simple as well.  I used Zatarain's Cheesy, Broccoli Rice, so I just followed the directions.

 

Finally I prepared the carrots.  I just put them in a Ziploc steamer bag and put them into the microwave for 6 minutes.

So, overall I would say that the tally is:

BBQ chicken- a definite hit!!
Steamed Carrots- neither a hit or a miss- (they were a tad overcooked)
Cheesy Broccoli Rice- both a hit and a miss (my husband LOVED it & I hated it)
