Bubble Pizza

Last night's menu:

Bubble Pizza
Bread sticks

I began by cooking and then draining some ground beef.

I then added a jar of pizza sauce and simmered it until the sauce was hot.

I then took 2 cans of refrigerator biscuits and cut them in quarters and laid them in the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 glass baking dish.

I then put the sauce and meat mixture on top of the biscuits and baked them in a 375* oven for 20 minutes.


I then added mozzarella cheese to the top and baked it an additional 5 minutes; just until the cheese melted.


We served it with frozen bread sticks and extra pizza sauce.

So, overall I would say the tally is:

Bubble Pizza- A definite hit!!
Bread sticks & Sauce- It was alright.
