Hawaiian Delight



Last night we had Hawaiian Delight for dinner

I began by cutting up a ham steak and also some green onions.  I then put them along with a small can of pineapple chunks and some butter into a large skillet and cooked it until they were warmed through.

As that was cooking I mixed together pineapple juice, vinegar, mustard, cornstarch and brown sugar in a small bowl. 

 I poured it over the top of the ham mixture and then cooked it until it was thickened.



I then made some minute rice to serve the Hawaiian delight on.

So, overall I would say that the tally is:
Hawaiian Delight- A definite hit!!
Rice- A definite hit!!

** I had corn with mine, but my husband doesn't like corn so he only had the Hawaiian delight and rice**
