BBQ Beef Sandwiches


Last night's menu:

BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Potato Salad

I began by placing my beef roast into a large roaster pan along with some chopped onions.


I then combined beer, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper into a bowl and then poured it on top of the roast.

I then covered it and put it in a 275* oven for 4 hours.
When it was finished  I separated the meat from the juices and shredded the meat with two forks.  I then added barbecue sauce and some of the reserved juices.




We served the BBQ beef with homemade potato salad.

So, overall I would say that the tally is:

BBQ Beef Sandwiches- A definite hit!!
Potato Salad- A definite hit!!
